Following up on my previous post... I couldn't resist putting up more pics from the Mercer Museum.

Here is a hay rake. (Yes, it's labeled, but I can't read it!)
Another view of the whaling boat. See all the layers of stuff hanging?

The bootmaker.
There was a lot of beautiful hardware. These hinges are just gorgeous, aren't they?

Candy molds.

We have 250+ photos from this place. Some are blurred, some are duplicates. But there is a lot to see.

Wow, what a neat, neat place!!!!!
This place looks incredible! Kind of reminds me of Greenfield Village (my favorite place in Michigan. :-) )
I'd love to visit this museum.
It is a neat place.
DAD, I don't even know you but I know you'd love this place. Because how could anyone not? Especially a Scout dad?
I love old mechanical devices and machinery. I love how they bothered to make hinges with artistic features. I love all the old tools, how they made the boats, etc, etc. I'd love to be able to use all this stuff and make a replica boat and other stuff using the same tools. I love the craftsmanship.
